How to distinguish the difference between warp knitting and weft knitting of coral velvet products.

It is a new type of fabric with excellent texture, soft hand feel, not easy to shed, does not shed hair, does not fade, does not irritate the skin, and is not allergic. Beautiful appearance and rich colors. With its relative advantages, it occupies a place in towels, bath towels, hanging towels and other products.
According to different weaving methods, coral velvet products are divided into warp-knitted coral velvet and weft-knitted coral velvet. When customers choose coral velvet products, many customers do not know much about these two weaving methods of coral velvet products. Let me briefly introduce the difference between warp-knitted coral velvet and weft-knitted coral velvet. We selected two high-density warp-knitted and high-density weft-knitted coral velvet fabrics for comparison. By showing pictures of warp and weft knitted coral velvet and the author’s work experience, the differences between the two are as follows:
1. The high-density weft-knitted coral velvet on the surface of high-density warp wool is thin and fine, and the high-density warp-knitted coral velvet on the bottom of the cloth is also thin and dense.
2. Relatively speaking, the villi of high-density warp-knitted coral velvet are arranged in groups, relatively speaking, the villi are gathered together, while the villi of high-density weft-knitted coral velvet are arranged in individual branches, relatively speaking, the villi are arranged separately.
3. High-density warp-knitted coral velvet has slightly greater elasticity in the warp direction, while high-density weft-knitted coral velvet has slightly greater elasticity in the weft direction.
4. High-density weft-knitted coral velvet will not fall off in the event of hair loss. Compared with weft-knitted coral velvet, high-density warp-knitted coral velvet is easier to shed.
5. The water absorption rate of high-density weft-knitted coral velvet of the same weight is slightly better than that of high-density warp-knitted coral velvet.
6. The weaving machinery of warp-knitted coral velvet and weft-knitted coral velvet on the loom are completely different.
